What should I do if I forget my password? (Web)

Retrieve account password through BitMake official website https://www.bitmake.com

Note: Withdrawals are prohibited within 24 hours after modifying login password.

Step 1: Open the login link https://www.bitmake.com/en-US/login, click on 【Forget password】.

Step 2: Enter the email address used for account registration, click 【Submit】. On the verification page, click 【Send Code】, then check your corresponding email for the received verification code and enter it, and click 【Confirm】

Step 3: After successfully verifying the email verification code, you will be redirected to the password reset page. Enter your new login password twice, then click 【Submit】 to complete the password retrieval process.

Note: Withdrawals are prohibited within 24 hours after modifying the login password.

Step 1: Click the "Login/Sign up" button on the homepage or in the personal center of the BitMake App, open the login page, and click "Forgot Password?".

Step 2: On the password reset page, enter the email address used for registration and click 【Next】. On the security verification page, enter the verification code received in the corresponding email and after successful verification, you will be redirected to the password reset page.

Step 3: On the reset password page, enter the new password twice, then click 【Submit】to complete the new login password setup.
