How to Reset Your BitMake Account Password (Web)

Please note that for security reasons, withdrawals from your account will be suspended for 24 hours after password reset.

1. Click [Security Center] on the left side, and then click [Modify] next to Login Password.

2. Enter your old password first, then enter the new password and confirm it again, then send a verification code to your registered email. After entering the security verification code, click "Confirm" to complete the password reset.

How to Reset Your BitMake Account Password (APP)

1. Tap【Security Center】

2. On the 【Security Center】page, tap【Change Password】

3. Then enter the 【Old Password】 fill in the 【New Password】, confirm the second time to fill in the 【Confirm New Password】 click and enter the verification code  you received in your email, then tap 【submit】. The new password change is completed.
