How do I complete KYC in the BitMake App? (Web)

Log in to the BitMake website, click [Main Account] in the upper right corner, find [Identification] on the left side of your personal center page, and click [To Verify] to enter the Identification page.

1. First, you can change your country or region by clicking on the drop-down menu button. Please make sure that the country and region you choose matches your ID.

2.  Select the type of document you want to authenticate and upload a photo of the document in .JPG/.JPEG/.PNG format less than 5M as required. Please make sure all the details are clearly visible.

   Click [Next] after you finish uploading

3.  Enter your personal information, and then click [Submit]. Please make sure that all the information you enter matches your ID card. Once submitted, you will not be able to change it.

4. After completing the process, please wait patiently. Bitmake will review your data in a timely manner. Once your application has been verified, we will send you an email notification.

How do I complete KYC in the BitMake App? (App)

1.After registering your BitMake account through the BitMake App, click [Personal Center], find [Identity Verification]on the right side of the Personal Center page and click it to enter the Verification start page.

2.After clicking [To Verify], go to the country or region selection page, click on the drop-down menu to make your selection, please make sure that the country and region you choose is the same as your ID card. Then click [Next].

3.On the document selection page, select the type of document to be used for Verification, such as ID card, passport or driver's license. After selecting the type of document, click on the photo upload section to upload a photo of the corresponding document or to take a photo.

Your photo must be clear and complete. If you are using an ID card or driver's license, you must provide photos of the front and back of the document and upload them separately. 

Click [Next] when you are done uploading

Note: Please enable camera access in your phone settings, otherwise you will not be able to upload photos and the verification will not be able to proceed.

4.On the Personal Information page, enter your personal information and click [Submit].

Please make sure that all the information you entered is consistent with your ID card. Once confirmed, it cannot be changed.

5.After completing the process, please wait patiently. Bitmakewill review your data in a timely manner. Once your application has been verified, we will send you an email notification.

Note: Please do not close or exit the app during the verification process.
