If you encounter the error message "Incorrect Google verification code" while entering your Google verification code, please try the following solutions:
1.Verify if the code is correct
Please confirm that the Google verification code you entered is correct and corresponds to the verification code associated with your BitMake account.
2.Check your phone's time
Check your phone's time. If the time displayed is incorrect, it may also cause an error.
Please follow the instructions below according to your phone's operating system:
Android:
Ensure that your phone has automatically set the date and time. Then, open the Google Authenticator app, click the menu icon in the upper-right corner, select "Settings," enter the settings, click "Time correction code," and then click "Sync now."
iPhone:
Ensure that your iOS is updated to the latest version, open the "Settings" app, then click "General" > "Date & Time," enable "Set Automatically," and allow the device to use your location to determine the time zone. Please confirm that your device displays the correct time zone.
3.Fully close the webpage or app and reopen it
Browser:
After clearing the browser's cookies and cache, completely close the browser, and then revisit www.bitmake.com Alternatively, try logging in using Chrome browser's incognito mode.
App:
Close the BitMake app from running in the background and then reopen the app.
4.Check the network connection.
Check the WiFi or mobile network being used to ensure that it is fast, reliable, and secure. If necessary, disconnect and reconnect to the same network or switch to a different network.
5.Rebind Google Authenticator.
If the above methods do not solve the problem, please try to unbind and then rebind Google Authenticator.
