Sometimes when you deposit or withdraw digital currency, you may not see the funds in your relevant account. In this case, you need to use the transaction ID (TxID) to check the transaction status on the blockchain.
For example, if you deposit or withdraw through BitMake, you can directly check the transaction status on the BitMake platform. Log in to your BitMake account and go to [Wallet Account] - [Asset Record] - [Deposit/Withdraw]. You can click on the corresponding TxID in the transaction record to jump to the blockchain explorer and check your transaction status.
If you deposit or withdraw Bitcoin (BTC), you will be redirected to
If you use the Ethereum (ERC20) network for transactions, you will be redirected to
If you use Tron (TRC20), you will be redirected
The following will show some typical transfer statuses on common blockchain networks, which can help you identify the reasons why your deposit/withdrawal has not been received and provide solutions.
1. Ethereum (ERC20)
1.1If the status is "Fail", it means the transaction was unsuccessful. You may need to contact the sender of the transaction or the platform where you initiated the withdrawal request. In this case, the recipient or platform cannot assist you. If you failed to withdraw from BitMake, you can contact BitMake customer service for assistance.
1.2 If the status is "Dropped & Replaced", it means that the transaction has been replaced by a new transaction with a higher gas fee due to network congestion.
You can contact the platform where you made the withdrawal or the sender of the transaction to obtain a new TxID.
1.3 If the status is "successful", it means the transaction has been completed.
You can check whether the funds have been credited to the recipient's account. If you have deposited to BitMake and the blockchain status shows "Success", but the funds have not been credited, you can contact customer service for further investigation.
2.Bitcoin Network
If a transaction on the Bitcoin blockchain has not been fully confirmed, it means that it will take some time for the transfer to be completed. Please be patient and wait.
Once the transaction is fully confirmed, the recipient will receive the assets.
3.Tron (TRC20)
If the transaction status is "confirmed" but the result is "Fail", it means that the transaction has been completed but the funds cannot be credited to the recipient's address. Please contact the sender or withdrawal platform for assistance.
If the transaction status is "COMFIRMED" and the result shows "SUCCESS," it means the transaction was successful. You can check whether the funds have been credited to the recipient's account or the target platform for deposit.
