1.Not filling in or filling in the wrong tag
If you forget to fill in or use the wrong tag, memo or tag (such as XRP, etc.) during the deposit process, your deposit will not be credited.

3.Deposit to an incorrect address outside of BitMake.
If you deposit tokens to an incorrect address outside of BitMake, we are unable to provide any further assistance. You can contact the relevant parties for assistance (owner of the address or the exchange/platform the address belongs to).
4.The recharge amount is less than the minimum recharge amount.
Due to the characteristics of the blockchain transfer data structure, if you do not reach the minimum recharge amount when recharging, your recharge will not be credited. Please ensure that the recharge amount is greater than or equal to the minimum recharge amount displayed on the recharge page when recharging."
5. Choosing the wrong deposit network during deposit
The deposit page only displays the networks supported by BitMake. If you make a deposit through an unsupported network, your assets may be lost and cannot be retrieved. Please carefully check the deposit network before depositing.
6.Depositing through smart contract
Please note that BitMake does not support depositing or withdrawing using smart contracts. Transfers made through smart contracts will not be recorded in your BitMake account. For example, Ethereum ERC-20 smart contract transfers or TRON TRC-20 smart contract transfers. Deposits must be made through direct transfer.
