What to do if you forget your fund password?

If you forget your fund password, please don't panic. You can operate by closing the fund password.

1. Close the fund password on the BitMake official website (Web)

First, enter the 【Security Center】https://www.bitmake.com/en-US/security.

Then, click 【Fund Password】 - 【Close】(please note that withdrawals are not allowed within 24 hours after closing the fund password), and click 【Confirm】.

Finally, jump to the 2FA authentication page, enter the Google verification code and email verification code, and complete the fund password closing operation after the verification is completed.

2.Close the fund password on the BitMake App (App)

First, click the icon in the upper left corner of the App to enter the 【Personal Center】, and click to enter the 【Security Center】page.

Then, find 【Fund Password】, click to enter the fund password setting page, click the 【Close】button, then click 【Continue】.

Finally, on the 【Verification】 page, enter the Google verification code and email verification code to complete the fund password closing.
