1. Why hasn't my deposit been credited yet?
Transferring funds from an external platform to BitMake involves three steps:
Withdrawal from the external platform
Blockchain network confirmation
BitMake credits the funds to your account
An asset withdrawal marked as “completed” or “success” in the platform you're withdrawing your crypto from means that the transaction was successfully broadcast to the blockchain network. Otherwise, it means that it has not yet been transferred to the blockchain. Please contact the sending platform.
However, transferring the funds to the blockchain does not mean that the transfer has been successfully credited to the receiving platform. Depending on the characteristics of different blocks, each transfer in the block will take some time to be confirmed and sent to the receiving platform. Different blocks require different "confirmation numbers.
If the transaction has not yet been fully confirmed by the blockchain network nodes, or has not reached the minimum amount of network confirmations specified by our system, please wait patiently for it to be processed. When the transaction has been confirmed, BitMake will credit the funds to your account.
2.How to check transfer details on the blockchain?
On the BitMake deposit page, go to "Recent Deposits" and find the deposit record of the cryptocurrency you want to check. Then click on "TxID" to view the detailed progress of this deposit on the blockchain.
3.What is block confirmation? How many confirmations are required for my deposited cryptocurrency?
Block confirmation refers to the network consensus required to verify the validity of a transaction. Once verification is complete, the transaction will be included in a node on the blockchain.
When you deposit cryptocurrency, once the transaction reaches the specified number of confirmations, your deposit will be successfully recorded. Please note that different types of cryptocurrencies have different minimum block confirmation requirements. You can check the specific confirmation numbers required for each currency on the deposit page. For example, the USDC ERC20 network requires 12 confirmations.
The confirmation time for each block is different and may take several days at most to complete. Please be patient and wait.
Note: Errors during the deposit process can also result in the deposit not being credited. Please refer to the specific situation for details:If there is an error during the deposit process
