Please ensure that the selected chain name and the provided wallet address are both correct. You can check if the copied address is complete, if the corresponding full name of the currency is consistent, if there are any special characters or spaces, and if it is a supported network or token.
2.Missing recipient Tag/Memo
If the selected network (such as XRP) supports Memo, it is necessary to confirm whether the recipient address requires Memo. If the system detects that the provided address requires Memo, you need to enter the recipient's Memo before submitting the withdrawal request. Please ensure that the Memo entered is correct to avoid any asset loss.
3.24-hour withdrawal limit
If the following operations occur in your account, it will result in a 24-hour withdrawal limit. You can only withdraw after the restriction is lifted.

4.Exceeding the maximum withdrawal limit
