Why hasn't my withdrawal reached/credit in balance yet?

Blockchain asset transfer is divided into three steps: withdrawal - block confirmation - credit in balance

① If the withdrawal status is "withdrawal completed" or "blockchain confirmed", the transfer processing of our platform (Bitmake) has been completed and the tokens have been transferred to the blockchain;

② Block confirmation: transaction ID (TXID) can be copied to the corresponding block browser to query the progress of the withdrawal;

(3) Credit in balance: if the blockchain shows "unconfirmed", please wait patiently for the confirmation of the blockchain so that you shall receive your withdrawal into your account;

Note:

The unpredicted block congestion often occurs due to the excessive number of transfers, thus affecting the timeliness of transfers. The status of a transfer can be queried in a blockchain browser using a transfer ID(TxID).

If the confirmation of blockchain display is completed (with TxID), and you have yet received the token, that means BitMake has completed the token transfer and can no longer provide further help, please contact the receiving platform to help you with the deposit/balance crediting.
